Stories from the New Silk Road: The Americas on the BBC World Service
Following a previous award-winning series of The Compass exploring the New Silk Road, the BBC World Service commissioned C60 to produce four brand new episodes, this time looking at it's impact in Latin America and the Caribbean. For Stories From The New Silk Road: The Americas C60 producer Pete Shevlin travelled with the BBC's South America correspondent Katy Watson throughout the region from Ecuador to Panama and Mexico, finding out how China's Belt and Road strategy is fuelling growth in the region.
